See? Work isn’t as hierarchical anymore. Sometimes, I forget that we live in a fluid, distributed network and technology has helped me reach wider and stronger to strengthen my connections.

It’s now easier to form your own tribe. Working, living, and having fun with the people that aligns with your hopes and values makes me happy. And we can create something new with them, like the article pointed out. 

But the most important thing we can do with them is to eliminate the words, “I can’t.”
