I thought these two articles were pretty interesting since in a startup, maintaining and creating new revenue streams are of utmost importance. What’s missing and would be interesting to follow up is the context needed to make a new business model succeed. It’s one thing to say how to innovate but it’s something entirely different to create a condition where the pivot would succeed.
