Stop demanding answers. Start asking questions.
All our lives, we are taught to find answers to questions. From taking tests in school to feeding insights to your boss, we are admonished when we receive a bad grade or come to a meeting with scantily-formed solutions.
If we care about getting a big return for our investment into the education system, then teaching students to form their own questions is one small investment we can’t...
